The certain sign of summer being just around the corner in Jávea is the beach bars opening. The delightful Javea chirinquitos are in fact just small wooden sheds with a bar and tiny kitchen inside – but the effort put into comfort for the customers and decoration of the areas is just amazing.
Now, finally all the top end chirinquitos on the stretch between the Arenal beach and the port, Duanes Del Mar, are open and ready to serve cocktails right by the clear blue Mediterranean.
The chirinquito Mintt is yet again open … Summer is here & its time to chill out in a wondrous beach bar with super drinks anc nice food … nothing beats it 
Moskito is alive and kicking as well with the first events and fiestas already being announced. You can catch sea side live music in both beach bars throughout the summer along with zumba and salsa classes, latino vibe fiestas and little crafts fairs.
The live music in the Javea beach bars are mainly low end copybands intended to lay a pleasant foundation of background music for the real joys of a night in the open by the sea. You will find the odd quality act or special jazz concert though.
